Naoki Idei participated as a speaker in the November 18, 2020 seminar, “Revised Foreign Lawyers Act and Efforts to Activate International Arbitration”, which was jointly hosted by Japan’s Ministry of Justice, the Japan Federation of Bar Associations, and the Japan International Dispute Resolution Center.
